Taking the Grief, out of Grievance, mediation works
Conflict doesn’t have to mean breakdown. With the right guidance, it can become an opportunity for clarity, understanding, and positive change. Through confidential and supportive mediation, I help individuals and workplaces move past disputes, rebuild communication, and find solutions that work for everyone involved.
A Better Way Forward Begins, with One Conversation
I specialise in workplace mediation, helping resolve conflicts between employees, teams, and leadership with clarity and care. In addition to this, I’m fully qualified and experienced in commercial, civil, and community mediation. Whether you’re facing neighbourhood disputes, landlord–tenant issues, contract or building disagreements, or debt recovery challenges, I offer impartial support to help all parties move toward practical and lasting resolution.
Here is where I can help
I know how it feels to be faced with conflict in the workplace and not have the time or support to be guided towards a resolution. Why not allow me to:
Increase your productivity, enabling you to focus on your key priorities
Enhance your career by eliminating work conflict which in turn will enhance your reputation as a problem solver, improve team morale and retain staff
Guide you in the face of conflict to resolution. I can provide you with the full mediation service and/or coach newly trained/less experienced managers and offer co-mediation with feedback. I have your back
Why Mediation Works
Improve communication & morale
Mediation encourages open dialogue, allowing employees to express their concerns and needs effectively.
Improves productivity, saves money
By resolving issues collaboratively, mediation fosters trust and cooperation among team members.
Reduce stress, improve well-being
It helps minimize conflicts, creating a more peaceful work environment for everyone.
Step 1: Get in Touch
Contact me so that I can gather basic information about the conflict to assess suitability for mediation. I’ll give you my honest opinion about whether mediation is the right solution for you. Don’t be afraid to call if you’re unsure.
Step 2: Assessment & Agreement to Mediate
Each party is contacted individually to set up confidential meetings. The private 1:1 session is conducted online and gives the opportunity to connect, understand their perspective, and ask questions about the process. If all agree, we proceed with a formal agreement to mediate.
Step 3: Preparation
We schedule the mediation session and confirm confidentiality and ground rules. Guidance is provided on what to expect.
Step 4: Mediation Session
At an agreed venue, I facilitate a structured conversation, helping parties express concerns, listen actively, and explore solutions. Depending on the dispute type and number of parties, the session usually lasts 3–4 hours. Shorter ‘shuttle mediation’ sessions are also available when appropriate.
Step 5: Resolution & Agreement
Mediation is forward-thinking — the goal is to work toward an agreement within the session. If an agreement is reached, it’s documented and shared with all parties, including action steps or follow-up arrangements.
Step 6: Follow-Up
I check in 6–8 weeks later to support implementation and offer further assistance if needed. As a qualified Coach, I also offer ‘Talk to Change Coaching’ for individuals who want ongoing support.

As a mediator, my role is to create a safe, impartial space where both parties can be heard and supported in reaching a constructive resolution. Mediation is flexible and confidential, helping you avoid lengthy and expensive legal processes.
Mediation is most effective when carried out in person, giving everyone the chance to feel heard in a shared space. Where this isn’t possible, I also provide shuttle mediation, moving between parties to ensure conversations remain constructive. For added flexibility, mediation can also be conducted virtually, using secure online breakout rooms to maintain privacy while still moving discussions forward.
