Coaching in Nature

Helping you find clarity, confidence, and calm — one step outdoors at a time.

Welcome to your space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect.

My coaching sessions take place outdoors, where nature gently quiets the noise, softens tension, and helps you hear what really matters. These walks are not fast, or intense, or performance‑driven they are intentional, grounded, and restorative.

Together, we explore the goals, patterns, and possibilities shaping your life

How Movement and Nature Support Insight

Movement and time in nature have a powerful impact on how we think and process challenges.

Walking stimulates areas of the brain responsible for planning, adapting, and problem solving. Through neuroplasticity, we know that when we shift perspective or try new approaches, the brain forms new pathways. Combining movement with reflective conversation supports this process naturally. As a coach, I feel the difference too. I am calmer, clearer, and more creatively engaged when walking outdoors. Holding space while moving through natural surroundings creates a grounded, open environment for fresh thinking. Walk and Talk coaching is not just a pleasant alternative to sitting indoors. It is an effective approach that supports clarity, well-being, and deeper insight.

Choose Your Walking Route

Take your coaching session outdoors with energising walks along coastal paths or through open countryside. We might grab a coffee on the way or stop at a favourite café to pause and reflect. These dog‑friendly sessions blend movement, nature, and a true coaching partnership to spark clarity and momentum. Ready to shift gears? Let’s walk it out together.
